The space
- Cabin: 2 story newly renovated inside and out on mostly flat land and minimal outdoor stairs, boasting 1,620 sq/ft of living space and amazing mountain and golf course views.
- Accommodation: 3 Bedrooms + Loft (3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed in living room and 1 couch in the loft that converts to a full bed) and 2 Bathrooms
- Games: Poker Table, Bumper Pool Table, Shuffleboard Table, Scrabble Coffee Table, Chess, Checkers and lots of board games.
- Propane Fire Pit, BBQ Grill and Outdoor Dining Table
- Well stocked with linens, towels, bathroom & kitchen essentials, keurig coffee maker, 5 smart TV's and much more.
- Newly landscaped backyard with Hot tub, hammock and lots of seating around the firepit.
- The Cabin is equipped with central heating for cold winters and central air conditioning for hot summers and ceiling and tower fans for mild to warm days.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house.
There is no steep driveway and only about 5 very wide stairs needed to climb to get inside. Or if someone in your party doesn't feel like climbing stairs, they can enter through the sliding doors at the back of house.
Other things to note
The Primary Guest will be required to sign a Rental Agreement and Big Bear's Good Neighbor Policy, which outlines the city's rules for short term rentals, provide full names, ages and relationship to Primary Guest of all guests, and upload a copy of Primary Guests Government ID/Drivers License. Failure to sign these documents and provide ID 72 hours prior to check in will result in the cancellation of GUEST’s reservation; cancelation policy will apply.
